Baked Ravioli

This easy, cheesy creamy baked ravioli is loaded with delicious ravioli pasta, a hearty meaty marinara sauce and baked to perfection in less than 30 minutes. This simple recipe is not only quick and delicious but can also be made ahead for those busy weekday nights.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. ground beef (lean, 90/10)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 24 oz. spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 20 oz. refrigerated ravioli noodles
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • In an oven safe frying pan or Dutch oven, combine ground beef and seasonings. Mix well and cook until beef is completely cooked through.
  • Add in spaghetti sauce and water and stir until well incorporated.
  • Cut cream cheese into cubes and add to spaghetti sauce. Stir until cream cheese has melted.
  • Add in ravioli noodles and mix until just incorporated.
  • Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheese and bake at 375 degrees F for 10-15 minutes until the cheese on top begins to brown.
  • Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes to cool.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

*If you do not have an oven safe frying pan or Dutch oven, you can use a 9x13" baking dish. Simply transfer the ravioli and beef to the 9x13" baking dish and bake for the recommended time frame.
