This bacon cheeseburger casserole delivers everything you love about a classic burger—juicy beef, melty cheese, and savory seasonings—baked into one cozy, fork-perfect dinner with zero grilling required. Made with simple pantry staples and family-approved flavors, it’s an easy weeknight comfort meal that feels nostalgic, satisfying, and totally crave-worthy.
In a large oven-safe skillet or Dutch oven, combine the ground beef, seasonings, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook over medium heat until the beef is fully browned and cooked through.
Add the tomato soup, diced tomatoes, beef broth, and noodles. Stir well to combine. Cover and cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until the noodles are tender and have absorbed most of the liquid.
While the noodles are cooking, preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a separate skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Drain on a paper towel and allow to cool, then chop or crumble into small pieces.
Once the noodles are soft, remove the lid and stir in the bacon and cream cheese until completely melted and smooth.
Add 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese and mix until well incorporated.
Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of cheese evenly over the top.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
