Slow Cooker Chocolate Peanut Clusters

There are a few holiday candies that I cannot resist, and these homemade chocolate peanut clusters are one of them. Oh my goodness, they’re good. Like I’d eat them off of the barn floor good. They’re made with rich milk chocolate, creamy peanut butter and crunchy peanuts to give you the most divine sweet and salty treat. I love to add a hint of peanut butter because it makes the chocolate stay creamy even after they have set for a few days.

The best part about these chocolate peanut clusters is they couldn’t be easier to make — the slow cooker does all the work! With just three simple ingredients and minimal prep, you can whip up a big batch for holiday parties, cookie trays, or last-minute gifts. They’re the kind of classic, cozy treat everyone reaches for first, and they disappear fast.

What Ingredients are in Chocolate Peanut Clusters?

  • Milk Chocolate Chips – Normally I would say, use whatever chocolate chips you would like, but for these, you really do need to buy the good stuff. My favorite chocolate chip brand for this is Guittard or Ghirardelli. It melts so well and makes the best chocolate peanut clusters.
  • Peanut Butter – I know what you might be thinking, why does she put peanut butter in her peanut clusters, isn’t that going to be too much peanut? I promise, it is not going to be too much. Peanut butter actually makes the chocolate smoother and also keeps the chocolate soft for days after they’re made.
  • Lightly Salted Peanuts – This is personal preference here but I prefer the lightly salted peanuts.
