These messy and delicious little ground beef sliders are so dang good! I love to make sliders for my family because they’re the perfect size for little people. Most of the time when I make these sliders, it’s been a busy day, and I just need a quick dinner option to feed some hungry boys. I love the versatility these sliders give me. You want a quick dinner option? Sliders. You need a snack or appetizer for a little get together? Sliders. Kids are kind of hungry and want a fulfilling snack before dinner? Sliders.

Ok, you catch my drift here. Moving on.

Try making these ground beef sliders for yourself! They’re packed full of flavor, cheese and have a lovely crunchy texture after they’ve been baked for a few minutes. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised how delicious and easy these are.

The Cowboys’ Rating: 8.5/10

Every time I make a new recipe, I have my family rate the recipe out of 10. By the time, these recipes make the blog, they’ve been tried and tested by some of my hardest tiny critics!

What Ingredients Are in Ground Beef Sliders?

  • Ground Beef – As always, we use our own homegrown ground beef that is grass-finished and regeneratively raised. It’s delicious, lean and so good. Our ground beef is 90/10 and I never have to drain off a bunch of fat.
  • Minced Garlic – When you bite into these sliders, you’re going to be surprised by all the different flavors. I love using minced garlic for this recipe because garlic always compliments a tomato-based sauce so well.
  • Onion Powder – I love using onion powder. It gives a nice subtle flavor here without being too overpowering. Plus, my kids hate onions, and I do not, so this is my way of sneaking in a little extra flavor!
  • Italian Seasoning – I love to use Italian seasoning in my Italian recipes. It’s a blend of herbs that really adds great flavor to your dish.
  • Spaghetti Sauce – When you pick spaghetti sauce, make sure it has some great flavor to it! Some spaghetti sauces are super bland and end up resulting in sliders that are pretty tasteless. I actually can my own spaghetti sauce so I use that, but if I don’t have any of my spaghetti sauce on hand, I will always choose a sauce with added garlic, onion and extra herbs to give it more flavor.
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Mozzarella Cheese – I added some mozzarella cheese to these ground beef sliders because cheese is must for practically everything, right? A little mozzarella cheese sprinkled over the top and then baked until is melted and gooey, just makes these sliders so much better.
  • Parmesan Cheese – I also added some grated parmesan cheese because well, we love cheese, and we love the flavor of parmesan cheese.
  • Bakery Style Dinner Rolls – I use bakery style dinner rolls that I pick up from my local grocery store to make things easier and quicker for me. Usually when I make these sliders, I’m pinched for time, so this really cuts down prep time when I don’t have to make my own rolls.

How to Store Ground Beef Sliders

If there are any leftovers, I will store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat them, I place them back in a baking dish and bake them for a few minutes until warmed through, or, I will use an air fryer. The air fryer is probably my go-to way to reheat these. I just take the slider and pop them in the air fryer for a few minutes and they come out perfectly warm and crunchy like they were just baked!
