What Ingredients Are in Gluten Free Sheet Pan Tacos?

  • Ground Beef – As always, we use our own homegrown ground beef that is grass-finished and regeneratively raised. It’s delicious, lean and so good. Our ground beef is 90/10 and I never have to drain off a bunch of fat.
  • Minced Garlic – My go-to ingredient for great flavor without being overpowering.
  • Onion Powder – My second go-to ingredient for great flavor! (Everyone at my house hates onions so this is how I sneak in some extra flavor!)
  • Taco Seasoning – You will want to find a gluten free taco seasoning or you can make my homemade taco seasoning which is gluten free. It is our family’s favorite taco seasoning. It’s not too overpowering and is packed full of flavor.
  • Salsa – I like to some salsa to my ground beef to make it even yummier and more moist.
  • Large Gluten Free Flour Tortillas – You will want to use the largest tortillas you can find for this recipe. It helps when you start folding the tortillas in the sheet pan. I will link my favorite gluten free tortillas.
  • Mexican Cheese Blend – Mexican cheese has the best cheese blend for a great flavored taco. So, I like to use the Mexican blend for this sheet pan tacos recipe.
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How to Store Gluten Free Sheet Pan Tacos

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. When you’re ready to eat these a second time, here is how to make them taste just like they came out of the oven! Just pop them in the air fryer for 3-5 minutes on high. No soggy tortillas here! You can also pop them back in the oven for a few minutes as well.
