It’s that time of year – the peaches are ON and I am pulling out every peach related recipe I have. This one is ALWAYS the first recipe I make each year. This is THE easiest peach pie recipe you will ever make. It has 5 simple ingredients – which includes the premade graham cracker crust and the peaches. The filling is only 3 ingredients! It’s so simple! And yet, so dang good. The graham crackers and cream cheese are so yummy together with the fresh peaches. This entire dessert is so fresh and delicious that you will have a hard time only eating one slice.

What Ingredients are in Easy Peach Pie?

  • Fresh Peaches – I always use fresh peaches for this recipe. I have used canned peaches before and although it’s still good, it just doesn’t have the flavor that fresh peaches have.
  • Graham Cracker Crust – I have made my own crust and that is so yummy too, but for time saving sake here, I usually buy a premade graham cracker crust.
  • Cream Cheese – I use the full fat cream cheese. If you use fat free cream cheese, I have noticed that it does not set up when placed in the fridge.
  • Lemon Juice – Lemon juice actually adds more flavor and zing to the cream cheese.
  • Sugar – Obviously, we have to add some sweetness to the cream cheese filling, so we’re going to add in some sugar.

How to Make Easy Peach Pie

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, lemon juice and sugar.
  2. With a mixer, beat on high until cream cheese mixture is smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  3. Remove covering from graham cracker crust and carefully spoon cream cheese mixture into graham cracker crust. Smooth out cream cheese filling until nice and even.
  4. Remove skins from peaches and slice peaches into small slices.
  5. Layer sliced peaches over top of the cream cheese layer.
  6. Refrigerate peach pie for 1-2 hours to chill and set before serving.
  7. Serve and enjoy!

Make Ahead Directions and Storing Easy Peach Pie

Here is my tip for making and storing my easy peach pie. This is the perfect recipe to make ahead of time – like even 24-48 hours ahead of time. BUT, if you’re going to do that, you’ll want to wait to put the sliced peaches on until right before serving. This makes it so that the peaches remain fresh and crisp and don’t turn your peach pie into a soggy mess. Store the peach pie in the fridge (without the peaches on top) and it will be good for up to 7 days! (I know, I’ve tried it).

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 3 peaches fresh

Instructions
