Creamy Skillet Spaghetti Recipe

Not everyone is a spaghetti lover. I get it, that used to be me too. Until I created this recipe. No more flavorless, bland spaghetti with this recipe. I honestly hope this recipe will make you a spaghetti lover because it really is so good. And the best part is that it requires one pan and is done in less than 30 minutes!

This creamy skillet spaghetti recipe requires simple ingredients yet is so dang good! To make this recipe creamy, I like to add my secret ingredient of heavy whipping cream. Then you add some mozzarella and parmesan cheese and whoa, spaghetti just went from 4 stars to 9 in seconds.

What Ingredients Are in Creamy Skillet Spaghetti?

  • Ground Beef – As always, we use our own homegrown ground beef that is grass-finished and regeneratively raised. It’s delicious, lean and so good. Our ground beef is 90/10 and I never have to drain off a bunch of fat.
  • Spaghetti Sauce – Spaghetti sauce is a tricky one. I find that I have a hard time finding a spaghetti sauce I truly love, so I started canning my own spaghetti sauce a few years ago. (You can find that recipe here) The sauce makes all the difference so make sure to choose a sauce with lots of flavor.
  • Spaghetti Noodles
  • Mozzarella Cheese – Every recipe is better with a little cheese, so I like to add some mozzarella cheese.
  • Parmesan Cheese – Parmesan cheese has a distinct, rich flavor that I love so I add that too.
  • Heavy Whipping Cream – Heavy whipping cream adds that rich creaminess to the spaghetti but also cuts the acidity of the spaghetti sauce to make all the flavors blend perfectly.
