Every time I make a new recipe, I have my family rate the recipe out of 10. By the time, these recipes make the blog, they’ve been tried and tested by some of my hardest tiny critics!
What Ingredients Are in Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders?
- Ground Beef – As always, we use our own homegrown ground beef that is grass-finished and regeneratively raised. It’s delicious, lean and so good. Our ground beef is 90/10 and I never have to drain off a bunch of fat.
- Cheese Slices – I like to use cheddar cheese slices for this recipe. I have also used the Kraft singles cheese slices as well. It really is just personal preference.
- Bacon – You can use bacon two ways in this recipe. You can use some crumbled bacon or you can just add some bacon slices on top. I like to add the crumbled bacon into the ground beef mixture. It’s just easier for my kids to eat.
- Bakery Style Dinner Rolls – I use bakery style dinner rolls that I pick up from my local grocery store to make things easier and quicker for me. Usually when I make these sliders, I’m pinched for time, so this really cuts down prep time when I don’t have to make my own rolls.

Storage
If there are any leftovers, I will store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat them, I place them back in a baking dish and bake them for a few minutes until warmed through, or, I will use an air fryer. The air fryer is probably my go-to way to reheat these. I just take the slider and pop them in the air fryer for a few minutes and they come out perfectly warm and crunchy like they were just baked!
