- Purple Grapes – The purple grapes are the best for this recipe. It adds just a tiny bit of sweetness.
- Celery – Celery gives this salad a little crunch that is so yummy. If you do not like celery, feel free to leave it out.
- Almonds – I love to add some slivered almonds to this recipe. It makes is a little heartier and filling but not too overwhelming.
- Croissants or Hard Rolls – I think that croissants or hard rolls pair the best with this chicken salad.

- Next, celery into small pieces. Add to mixing bowl.
- Cut grapes in halves and add to mixing bowl.
- Add in slivered almonds.

- Pour sauce over top of ingredients in large mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving for best results.
- Serve on croissants and enjoy!
