Gluten Free Ground Beef Gnocchi Recipe

A few years ago, I made a ground beef gnocchi recipe that was a major hit (you can find that recipe here). I decided it was time to make a gluten free version for my gluten-free friends.

This easy ground beef gnocchi is made with ground beef, gluten free gnocchi pasta, diced tomatoes, cream cheese and parmesan cheese to give a variety of flavors that blend so well together. It’s made in one pan so clean up is quick and easy! I serve it with a side salad or some steamed veggies and rolls to make it seem like a fancy feast rather than a quick pantry throw together meal.

The Cowboys’ Rating: 8/10

Every time I make a new recipe, I have my family rate the recipe out of 10. By the time, these recipes make the blog, they’ve been tried and tested by some of my hardest tiny critics!

What Ingredients Are in Ground Beef Gnocchi?

  • Ground Beef – As always, we use our own homegrown ground beef that is grass-finished and regeneratively raised. It’s delicious, lean and so good. Our ground beef is 90/10 and I never have to drain off a bunch of fat.
  • Gluten Free Gnocchi Pasta – I found a gluten free gnocchi pasta made by DeLallo. If you are looking to make this recipe gluten free, this is the brand of gluten free gnocchi pasta that I have used.
  • Diced Tomatoes – This adds some flavor and texture to the meal.
  • Beef Broth – I like to use beef broth instead of water in my recipes to bring in some extra flavor.
  • Better than Bouillion – Just a teaspoon of this stuff gives the ground beef more of a robust flavor.
  • Cream Cheese – I love to add cream cheese to recipes with tomatoes. It cuts the acidity but also enhances the richness of the other ingredients.
  • Parmesan Cheese

Seasonings

  • Minced Garlic
  • Onion Powder
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Kosher Salt
