What Ingredients Are in Slow Cooker Beef and Noodles?

  • Stew Meat – I used 2 lbs. of stew meat for this recipe. You can also use steak, or even a roast that has been cut into small bite sized pieces. Whatever works best for you.
  • Cream of Mushroom Condensed Soup – This is the base of your gravy and will be so yummy.
  • Beef Broth – Adding beef broth adds more flavor to this recipe than just water.
  • Egg Noodles – As mentioned above, I like to whip up a batch of my homemade egg noodles for this recipe. (Find that recipe here). However, if you don’t have the time for that, just use regular pre-packaged egg noodles and cook according to the package directions.
  • Cornstarch – After the beef tips have cooked low and slow all day, you are going to make a slurry with cornstarch and water to thicken it up. Just add a few tablespoons of cornstarch together with 1/4 cup cold water and give it a good stir. Then add it to the gravy to thicken it up.
