These homemade chocolate covered raspberries are both fun and delicious. They are made with fresh raspberries dipped in white and milk chocolate to make an irresistible treat to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Chocolate Covered Raspberries Recipe
If you have ever had the milk chocolate raspberries made by Tru Fru, you know how good those little chocolate covered raspberries are. They are one of my very favorite treats. I love the sweetness of the chocolate and the tartness of the raspberries. They’re just the perfect combination!
As much as I love these delectable little treats, they are sometimes hard to find in the store, and if I’m being totally honest, they’re expensive. I had a major craving for these the other day, but could not find them in the store. So, while standing there in the freezer section empty handed, I decided I was going to make my own! I went and found the ingredients I needed to make these (which are literally 3 things) and headed home to make them. I am so glad I did because I’m pretty sure I will now just make these instead. Not to be dramatic, but I’d eat them off the Walmart floor because, holy moly they are good!

What Ingredients are in Chocolate Covered Raspberries?
- Fresh Raspberries – You do need to use fresh raspberries for this recipe.
- White Chocolate Chips – I love the taste and texture of Ghirardelli, but you can use whatever brand of chocolate chips you would like.
- Milk Chocolate Chips
- Canola Oil – This is used to thin the chocolate so that it has the perfect amount of chocolate coating on your raspberries.

Tools You’ll Need
- 2 Medium Sized Mixing Bowls
- Spatula
- Parchment Paper

How to Make Chocolate Covered Raspberries
- Gently arrange raspberries on a baking sheet, then place in the freezer for 1 hour.

- Add 2 tablespoons canola oil to melted white chocolate and stir until well incorporated.
- Place parchment paper on a separate baking sheet and set aside.
- Dip frozen raspberries in the white chocolate until fully coated (I used two forks for this) then place dipped raspberries on the parchment paper.
- When all raspberries have been coated with white chocolate, place in the freezer for 15 minutes to let harden.
- While raspberries are in the freezer, place the milk chocolate chips in a medium sized bowl and microwave until the chocolate chips are melted and smooth.
- Add in 2 tablespoons canola oil and stir until well incorporated.
- Take raspberries out of the freezer.
- Dip each raspberry in milk chocolate until well coated. Place on baking sheet with parchment paper.

- To enjoy, remove raspberries from freezer and let sit at room temperature for about 5-10 minutes for the perfect treat.
- Enjoy!
*Tips and tricks*
Get the parchment paper slightly wet, then ring it out completely. Unfold it and place it in the baking dish. This makes it easier to work with and molds to whatever dish you are working with.
