The Cowboys’ Rating: 10/10

Every time I make a new recipe, I have my family rate the recipe out of 10. By the time, these recipes make the blog, they’ve been tried and tested by some of my hardest tiny critics!

What Ingredients are in Peanut Butter Balls?

  • Creamy Peanut Butter – Ok what I am about to say could potentially cause some serious problems, but I’m just going to say it. Jif peanut butter is the all-time best peanut butter around. I said what I said. If you disagree, we can still be friends, but there’s no changing my mind. So, I’m going to tell you to use Jif Creamy Peanut butter.
  • Rice Krispie Cereal – You can use the generic brand here too.
  • Butter – I use regular salted butter.
  • Powdered Sugar – Adding in powdered sugar is going to add some sweetness and make these peanut butter balls have a thicker consistency.

Gluten Free Easy Peanut Butter Balls

This recipe can be adapted to make it gluten free by switching out the rice cereal. I know, you would think that Rice Krispies are naturally gluten free, but they are not because they use malt syrup which is not gluten-free.

Here is what I use to make these peanut butter balls gluten free.
