Helpful Ingredient Tips

  • Pork Chops – We actually raise our own homegrown pork that is to die for. Because you’re cutting these pork chops into small pieces, it doesn’t matter if you use boneless or bone-in pork chops.
  • Butter
  • Flour – You can use regular flour or gluten free flour to make the gravy.
  • Chicken Broth – I love to use chicken broth because it brings so much flavor to the gravy.
  • Cream Cheese – For this recipe, I wanted a thick gravy that melted in your mouth. Adding the cream cheese thickened the gravy but also enhanced the richness of it. I used full fat cream cheese.
  • Red or Yellow Potatoes – I have used both these kinds of potatoes, and they both are so good. In this picture, I used yellow potatoes for their creaminess and flavor.
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese – At the end, I decided to smother this with shredded cheese and you guys, it was so good! But honestly, doesn’t adding cheese make everything better?

seasonings
